Anyway, about the bi-fuel; Is it gasoline and LPG/GPL or gasoline and CNG? I ask because when I stopped for LPG in Italy last week I had to pay €0.812 for a liter, which is much more than what I'm used to. I do have to add it was in the German speaking part of Italy, in the Alps.
